Q:Can I leave my luggage with the ryokan before I check in.
A:Yes, if you can bring your luggage to the ryokan we can hold onto it until you check-in.
Q:Can I order non-Japanese food?
A:There is a possibility to do so for breakfast.
Q:When do cancelations fee incur?
A:Cancelations made from 3 days before requested reservation date will be charged.
Q:How early is breakfast served?
A:Breakfast can be served from 7:30am.Then please tell us.
Q:Can I request a (mountain,river, street..) view?
A:We are sorry, but requests can not be taken.
Q:Can you prepare special meals for people with food allergies?
A:Please notify us of which foods you are allergic to.
Q:Is there an elevator?
A:No, there is not.
Q:Are there any restaurants in town?
A:Yes, we will be happy to give you more information when you arrive.
Q:Do you have rooms with beds?
A:There are not beds. Just a Japanese style rooms Only.
Q:What is the lastest I can check in?
A:We ask that you please check in by 6pm.
Q:What time is check-out?
A:(Check-out is by )10am.
Q:Can I have my meals served in my room?
A:Dinner served in your room. (Breakfast is served in the banquet hall.)
Q:Is there a bath and lavatory(toilet) available in the room?
A:The room has a lavatory(toilet) but no bath. Instead guests can use the large community Japanese style bath in the ryokan or any of the public bath houses in town.
