We offer quality, local, seasonal menus and much thought has gone into their creation. We use the freshest fish and crab (Kani) from the Japan Sea, not to mention the finest Tajima beef - which is known overseas as the famous Kobe Beef.

As a keen Yatch's man and tennis player, Shigeru Taoka enjoys the outdoor life and is also a dab hand at English-style gardening. Shigeru learned English while living in the States. He often visits England, where he owns the Kiku restaurant, in Mayfair, London.
